[sdiy] 2SC2291 datasheet anyone ?

I tried Alldatasheet yesterday - no sausage.  The best I can find on this
device is a pinout.  It's strange how a datasheet can just shrivel up and
disappear like that.  I imagine if one is found, it will probably be in
Japanese, which is fine (that's the only form I've got for 2SA798 and
2SC1538).  I bet if one is found, it will be found by one of our friends in
Japan.
