Thanks, no need for it.

I still don't exactly understand how the thing exactly works (where does 
it sources current from? Is the output pulled up to vcc and used as a 
power supply pin?) but the total unavailability of it makes any further 
studies useless for me.

I wish there would be a little choice of simple, cheap and available 
voltage followers with low pincount out there. Nothing against 
dip-opamps, but sometimes they mess up the pcb design and force me to 
layout in a way that I don't aesthetically like. (I know it's BS,  
but... ) <http://dict.leo.org/se?lp=ende&p=/Mn4k.&search=aesthetically>

Along these lines, if anyone knows about a good general purpose 
audio-opamp with SIP-package let me know.
