No wonder I never really figured it out :) It's this one:

Ah ha! Here's the confusing part! You wrote:

See? And Phil's page says the DGX used a 4027! I suppose it's possible that
the 4027 was used as the expo VCO in this servo-loop scheme, but that seems
like an awful waste of a perfectly good "real" VCO. Maybe they used rejects?
