I am 99% certain that you can get them from MAT Electronics. I bought
some from them a few months ago, can't wait to use these! The MAT
search engine has been slow and awkwardly laid out, but it worked.
There is a $25 minimum order.

Only warning is that I ordered also some 2SA798 transistors and they
sent me a different kind. The cases are marked 2SA798 but they are
ordinary 3-pin TO92 transistors of some sort. Apart from this bit of
confusion, they offer a good variety of Japanese and other
semiconductors.
