Actually, there are analog switches with better specs and higher voltage
handling capability.

You can find more by searching for DG201 and DG211.
They ARE more expensive (of course), but they work very well. It wouldn't
surprise me at all if these (or something similar) were used in the Voyager.
Also, did you see all those bypass caps on the digital board? Wow!
Peter, is there a better method than CMOS analog switches? I was thinking
I'd use one of the commercially available analog multiplexers, but that is
still (electrically) very similar. Then again, maybe I'm unclear on the
concept. Nah, that never happens... ;)
