You can SMASH the symbol, then you are free to move the various parts 
wherever you want.

If you mean the trace itself, then this is a function of the DRC setup 
and the net class. If you aren't using net classes, then just change 
the default width. If you mean the airwire that it uses to show 
unrouted nets, I don't think it is possible to change these (at least 
not from the GUI - there may be a setting you can put in one of the 
configuration files).
