While looking for something else, Google lead me to the following web
site, of a retired engineer, who has a fairly wide assortment of
parts, and some test equipment, for sale.  I haven't looked to closely
at the lists of parts yet, but this may be a good source for some
difficult to find semiconductors, etc.
