Mouser is where I purchase most of my project parts from as well...
I have rarely had a problem of any sort with an order...and the few times I
did...very minor problems (like sending the wrong parts).
And some of the real cheap stuff the sell...like say pots...are actually
very good...I have some that are still working after almost 30 years of
service...
Digikey is my second choice...but mainly because they are further away the
orders take longer...
