Mouser usually pays the shipping on items that they cannot ship 'on
time' or
at least discounts the shipping.
I tell them how I want to have the parts shipped, either partial, or
wait for
all parts. OTOH their web ordering tells you how may are in stock so you
know
right up front about your status...
