Hmm.  Well on some things they outsource pretty cheap parts and offer 
them at reasonable prices compared to equivelent things elsewhere until 
you nit pick the quality on some of them.  But they are always great about

1) shipping fast
2) shipping what you order
3) minimum time in doing phone orders/good attitudes
4) consistent stock/pricing
