I have a data book here that has B as the middle leg, C on the other
side of the index (that is, the flat side or tab) and C on its own.
which means, if you hold the unit by the legs, wiht the legs down, 
and the centre leg away from you, it's CBE.

And I assume that, seeing its a fet, the CBE should be DGS!
