[sdiy] 2N4302 Pinout???

sams software shows it is crossing to an nte/ecg 457 or SK9161.  
Now..I'm seeing a 2SK47 in the lineup of parts that are crossed to 
those.  So this is a FET of some kind.  I can't recall...are the K's N 
or P channel?  Anyway if you use a meter you should be able to determine 
where the gate is at least.  If you need help with that proceedure let
