Keep in mind these are audio taper pots.  You can get some cool knobs for
'em.

You can find dual concentric pots as electric guitar parts, but values are
restricted to 250k+250k, 250k+500k and 500k+500k AFAIK.
Try GuitarElectronics or similar.
