[sdiy] Formant book french edition

That was really useful for better French-speakers than me! (C'etait tres tres utile pour les meilleurs Francophones que moi??!)
I have the German versions as well, and that is even more difficult. 
Can anyone point me towards the English versions of Formant literature?

This message is mostly aimed at French speaking SDIYers
(Frenchs , citizens of Quebec, Cajuns, Belgium citizens...
and Harry Bissell Jr of course ! :-) ).
I have made available on my site a copy of the old book
"Le Formant : synthétiseur" by G. Chapman and edited in 1979
by Elektor France.

I asked a formal authorization to Elektor France to put this
on my web site, but I am still waiting for an answer.
Should I get a negative answer from Elektor, I withdraw
the files from my site. Therefore, go and download it
now, just in case !
