I have a very nice Nicolet DSO, I just prefer not to fire it up for simple
things.  Thats what I've been using the Leader for, but its such a piece of
junk.

I've got a few leads on people who refurb test equipment and resell it, I'm
hoping one of them will pan out to a repair center.
