[sdiy] Frequency counter

I use frequency counter in DVM and must say I'm very satisfied.
It's acurate, has fast readout, works good in low frequencies
with single mHz resolution.
I also have counter built from a kit. It works together with
test oscillator, and is also OK, although not that good.
And there's my 3rd one, with nixie display :)
For synth tuning I use my ears combined with DVM's counter.
BTW, it's a Fluke 189 if that matters.
