[sdiy] switch debounce

Seems that switch debounce works fine afterall.  I just have a crappy scope
and am an idiot.

its *meant* to be a very short pulse.  And once I got my friggen cheap-assed
scope to trigger ( $100 for a 100mhz leader, and a non-working 200mhz HP
which is the scope I really wanted but have never bothered to fix ) the
pulse looks several milliseconds wide which is fine.

I think today I'll see whats up with that HP before I settle back in to why
the rest of this circuit isnt working...
