Doesn't matter what the disclaimer says, if you are telling people to do 
something stupid then all the "You do this at your own risk" and advice 
about what the risks are is meaningless in UK law, you have a duty of care 
as an expert to tell them not to do it.... In American law you're covered by 
the disclaimer, under UK law you have a duty of care...... My dad's a 
lawyer, this stuff is a goldmine for them and getting bigger....... That 
said there is a large amoutn of common sense applied by the courts in this 
country so anything that defies common sense would be chucked out, all you 
have to do is convice the jury of that......
