On the contrary. It has 48 filters that are similar to the MS-20 LPF,
with the exception that the range for resonance is much smaller. (That's
because they used a single diode as "VCA" to set the resonance level,
which only allows a certain amount of variation and tarcking between
voices.)
In addition to that, there's the resonator section with 3 VC BPFs - these
are used to process all 48 voices at once.
