[sdiy] Can I put a piezo trigger on Ray's Cool New LFO and Sound mini syntH???

Hi!

SO I built the Ray's Cool New LFO  at:

and I 'am going to built the Sound Lab Mini-Synth :

My questions are:

-  How can I add a piezo trigger to activate sound when I touch it?

- Do I have to put metal resistor or carbon resistor, Is it sound differently??

- On the part list, there's a 1uf, 2uf ceramic resistor, but it doesn't exist on
this range, Is that sure that there are ceramic ??
