I've run across that name on one or another of the numerous CNC / machining 
lists I have flowing in here...

The "MB" prefix isn't familiar to me offhand,  but Hitachi made a series of 
"63xxx" chips that were a takeoff on the old 6800-series CPUs,  maybe that'll 
help some...

What's this in?
