[sdiy] Restoring a Pro-One, need simple electronic advice

Hi all,

I just bought a Sequential circuits Pro-One, It came without a keyboard,
pitch wheel and mod wheel.
As you may already know, It's nice to have the mod wheel to take full power
of the mod matrix.
What I'd like to do, and here's my question.

According to the schematics found here:

Is it easily possible to use the mod wheel input and replace it with a CV in
so I could control
externally (by my sequencer) the mod matrix?

Is anyone can tell me what I have to do in order to make this possible ?

I don't know much about electronics, but I can build simple things, like
this one might be,
but I don't know much how to make this idea working. That's why I come to
you !

Any help would be really appreciated!
