[sdiy] custom screenprinted rack panel source (?)

Several months ago, (perhaps a year) someone on this list posted a link to a
company that would screen print your artwork on a 2 or 3U 

black rack panel, for around $40.  (If memory serves me correctly, hah! ;).
I no longer have that link or the email that mentioned it, and 

I couldn't find any mention of it in the archives.  Does anyone remember who
this company was?

 

BTW: The real reason I ask, is I also seem to remember that the same company
would produce screen masks for around $15, which is 

what I'm really interested in.

 

Of course, I could have just dreamt all of this...making my panels look the
way I want has been on my mind a lot lately.
