Julian,

Yes it works but there are some changes on the PCB that you need to make and
you need to leave out R17 and R18. These are documented in the card docs.
Also put a 4.7K on the output of the pulse comparator (U5 Pin 1) to ground.
It needs a pull up to get a solid signal out for pulse.
