I use the fiber glass reinforced ones. The standard cutting
wheels wear out in a split second if you cut fiberglas PCB.
I can imagine that the "diamond cutting wheel" (very
expencive) is even better.
The only problem i have is when you cut with the Dreml,
theres a lot of dust thrown around. I do it right in front
of a turned on vacuum cleaner. Wear a dust mask AND goggels
to protect your eyes. I have seen one of those cutting
wheels splinter and actually send a fragment right through
a thick cardboard box on my work table.
Steve Daniels over at Small Bear Electronics has a nice web
page describing a jig he made for cutting PCB with his Dreml
