[sdiy] Cutting PCBs w/ dremel tool

I have used a dremel for years now. The standard cutting discs work but are very fragile and do not last very long.

I am now using a diamond cutting wheel which has lasted a long time. I clamp the dremel horizontally and feed the pcb through - rather like a radial arm saw. I get good results this way. Try wearing a mask though - I'm sure all that epoxy and fibreglass <cough> hasn't done my lungs any good.
