Watch the speed. I've used both kinds of wheels and some of the bits. They
all worked great for me.

I think the fiberglass ones can be a little easier to manage. The really
thin ones of the other kind of wheel are nice if you need finer cuts.
And keep the dust from getting in your lungs.
