Well thats a few different questions...

The way to stop aging is to build your retirement home in Antarctica... with the
rooms
arranged in a circle around the pole. You always walk the same direction to get
around
(so don't make the place too big) the house, in a way favorable to crossing the
International Date Line. After a few months you'll be feeling better and better.
(iirc this was Arthur C. Clarke's method)

The other way to solve your problem would be to take a page out of old Superman
comics... and go live in Sun City. This was a domed retirement community (other
listers please not the retirement theme for OLD Jim Patchell, who fessed up to
a half century a day ago... making him about as old as Paul Schreiber :^)

Sun City was located on rails at the equator... and moved so that it was a
perpetually sunny day. Of course Lex Luthor and his ilk (y'know what an ilk is
dont'cha... its a small MOOSE) would blow up the tracks and Superman would
fly to the rescue...

I didn't stop to think (then) that Sun City moves just a little over 1,000 mph !!!

No need to blow it up... just grease the rails :^P
