  Hm, nifty.  When I was at CES I visited a few component manufacturer 
booths, namely On Semi and Zetex.  On Semi had some nice power devices 
with integral bias reference on the same substrate, brought out to 
separate pins.  They also had some very nice Schottky diodes that clean up 
power supply signals rather nicely--the before/after demo was pretty 
informative.  Zetex has some really nice MOSFET modular parts, s/pdif in, 
power device control of the audio out at 90% efficiency.
