I have each one on a little tiny piece of foam. (I can't remember why I 
didn't just use a big piece of foam for all of them.).

So a modulator (moreor less), a VCA and possibly in a VCF.

Is it like a solid state version of the sheet beam tube that Ken Stone and 
Eric Barbour (and some other people with great synth pages) use in the beam 
modulator?
