[sdiy] old cel phones

Anyone who's a scraphound like me: Old clunky cel phones have lots of good 
stuff in them. I got a 575 compandor and a 4046. Goodwill always seems to 
have them for like $2.00.

Some cordless phones have good stuff as well. (And some really don't.) I 
have a couple of DBL5015 compandors that I got from some cordless. I'm 
poring over the datasheet to see if they're really DIY worthy. A cursory 
review suggests that they are.
