[sdiy] RAM CCD

Not as a CCD, but as an imager (focal plane)...I knew some people who were 
doing research on doing that, but in the end, for their application, the 
performance-cost ratio just wasn't there...I don't know if anybody ever did 
such a thing or not in a commercial product....
