I think this information ist OK. I still have some of these chips and gave some 
of them a few weeks before to a nice German guy that needs this chips for an 
Sequencer project for analog synths from the magazine Elektor (it was an issue 
from the 1980s).

The sequencers stores the sampled control voltages and time stamps in the RAM 
if I remember correctly.
