[sdiy] OT: funny diode

Hello,

I've got a diode here, it's just labelled IS6 ON. The letters ON are 
smaller than the others (perhaps ON semiconductors?). If I turn it 
around the labelling makes sense too: NO 9SI. The I could perhaps be a 
1 too. The diode looks similar to a 1N4001, but it's smaller.
This is from a Lexmark printer, probably in the power supply. Schottky 
diode?

Does anybody know? Sorry for OT.

(seems Google always finds something when "diode" and *any* three 
letter/digit combination is entered...)
