[sdiy] Laurie Anderson at UCSB

I just saw her in Calgary last Tuesday. I just happened to see her 
picture on the freebie entertainment paper and found out she was 
performing that night.
it was an hour and a half of utterly spellbinding performance and the 
sound was absolutely perfect - certainly didn't hurt that the concert 
hall is used by the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra.
Seemingly minimal but vastly entertaining. Wish I had an electric 
violin like that.
Highly recommend attending if you can.
