If the scope is in proper working order, yes.  Most of what you
will do is in the audio frequency range, many orders of magnitude
below 15 MHz.  Just don't expect the RF clock of the
microprocessor in a MIDI-to-CV converter to look accurate, that
would be better done with the 465.
