the Sal-Mar Cobnstruction if I remember correctly!
(not that there is explicit s-diy in his book).
As I might have mentioned before, I got mycopy at an
'academic staff discount' from the Latrobe University bookshop
by wearing a tweed jacket and looking totally bewildered.
