[sdiy] what is DIY?

Just to add a little more fuel to the fire,

take for example a CGS board. Now take a DIYer who is NOT ken stone, who has
assembled this CGS board and made a few mods so it does what he wants. Who
gets the prize? In this case my vote goes to the person who did the assembly
and mods. I would not be offended at all. Of course in this situation, a
1999 CGS board could well qualify for the 2004 prize too, because DIYer X
has done this in 2004.
