The boards are a flat $33 each.  If your board is 1 square inch, it is 
$33/sq-in....if your board is 60 square inches (the maximum size), it is 
$0.55/sq-in.  The restrictions are the board must be square, two layers, no 
gold.  But these are full up boards, soldermask, legend (both sides if you 
want).  Plus, if you reorder in quantity, there is no tooling 
charge.  Plus, these boards are very high quality.

I have been using them for about 3 or 4 years now.  I am very happy with 
their service.
