I've got a couple other links to share for cheap PCBs.  I've used 
both with reasonable results.

www.barebonepcb.com - a division of Advanced Circuits.  They offer 2-
sided boards for $.50 a sq. in, but they have a $35 setup charge.  
Very fast turnaround, and good upgrades if you take a prototype board 
into production.  Easy online ordering.

www.olimex.com - they in Bulgaria, and do single & double sided short 
run boards...I think it was about $30 a eurocard, no setup fees, no 
problem with slicing up a step & repeat design.  You'll have to be 
able to deal with Bulgarian communication...sending international 
faxes.
