Right. Perhaps some folks get the wrong impression because many of us focus
on build old fashioned analog synths.

Person1: "Why are you guys still building VCOs and Moog ladder filters?"
Person2: "Because we like them!"
Person1: "Why not use a DSP and blah blah...?"
Person2: "Because we like the analog stuff."
Person1: "You are *so* anti-digital! [Huff]"
:-)

On the other hand, there are other lists/groups where DSP is the primary
topic.

It isn't that SDIY (the list) is anti-digital. Rather, the activity and
expertise here lean heavily toward analog.
