Yo,

Those pins I mentioned are Molex .093 bead chain
R93-12, part# 16-06-0005. These are round pins meant
to solder into pc holes. Mating sockets are 02-08-1102
and can be soldered onto wires with a little heat
shrink for insulation. Both are available from Mouser.

I've used this kind of thing before, it works pretty
well.
