Did you try asking Chip for Brains directly? I've dealt with him before and
had pretty good service. You might try letting him know that the portamento
pot he's supplying is the wrong value. Perhaps he'll get you the right
value, but if nothing else, CFB will (hopefully) correct the problem so no
one else gets the wrong stuff in the future.
