Thanks for all the feedback, general and specific info on this.

The most recent sighting (600 mi from home, of course <g>) was a 2 manual
that was kinda spartan for a home organ. Didn't catch the make or model, but it
looked like it had a one speed Leslie.

Can't comment on the organ's overall condition. No doubt to prevent
children ages 8 to 88 from noodling on the thing, it was in the middle of the
furniture section far from any outlets. Had I been closer to home/seriously
interested, I'd have asked to plug it in & try it out.

In case anyone lives in Tidewater Virginia (aka the Hampton Roads area), or
happens to be passing through with an empty van, truck, air transport et
al.--as of late Dec. the organ was at the Children of the King's Daughters Thrift
Store on Mercury Blvd. in Hampton, VA. IIRC, it was 50 bucks. And there was
also an upright piano, no guarantees as to the shape it's in, for 300. No
modular gear, sorry.

Thanks again,
Kevin
