[sdiy] Oscilloscopes Service Manuals

Hi everybody, I'm looking for the following oscilloscopes service manual
and/or schematics. If I can get some of them, the IEEE department in
Concordia University will give me one of these scopes (probably a Philips
15mhz) for FREE!

Can anyone help me out, googling just didn't do it for me. I'm looking for:
