[sdiy] little black boxes

These type power supplies are used for bias supply for ion chambers in 
radiation meters, as well as for ion-splatter type vacuum pumps. They are also 
found in some CRT displays. There are probably many other uses as well, 
anywhere that you need some low-current high-voltage.

Maybe they could be used for a bias supply for a DIY electrostatic speaker?
