NPO caps are most common in small values... but they CAN be found be found
in LARGE(r) values.   I have some reels of a .039uF NPO.  Physical size is very
large (as ceramics go).

These were 'liberated' on their way to a landfill.  The use was in an engine
control
module for under hood applications.  The other cap choices would possibly have
been
less mechanically stable, and would not have sufficient temperature extreme
rating
