Sounds very reasnoble to me. Bellings seems like just the place you would try
to find to have these chips made. Looking at Visual Sounds pricing, they are
reachable, i.e. I could buy them to use in projects. At which quantities you
can get them from Bellings is an open question. Do Bellings have any reps?
