What I'm seeing with PC based Virtuals is people Hate the interface.

Mark my works, the days of the general purpose home computer are numbered.
Appliances *will* be the default, just perhaps not as fast as Sun had
hoped...

I think we're going to see more things like Korg's new unit, a full
interface with a generic back end.  The Neo-Geo of the Synth world.
