The web has killed many magazines stone dead.
Not just electronics.
Tehre isn't much that I can imagine being in a magazine that I can't find on
the web.
Ironically, when people are surveyed on mag use, a major (if not #1) reason
is
"for the advertisements"!
Last month I gave up on Electronics World (UK).
And I have a run of it from the mid 60s.

Incidentally the ETI 4600synth was the introduction to SDIY for a lot of
Australians of my generation, some of whom are on this list now..
